Rental Application

This $35 application will be judged on the following criteria. Credit report, applicant income, criminal record, landlord references, and previous evictions. The information provided will be verified, and underwritten by American Realty Property Management. If you have questions regarding our approval process, please contact info@americanrealty.net. The application fee collected is used to subsidize the cost of the national, state, and/or local criminal background checks, credit reports, rental history record and/or reference checks, eviction records and/or employment verification. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of a denial, the applicant may, if he or she believes this ordinance has been violated, file a written complaint with the City Manager or the City Manager’s Designee, addressed to
